A DMS - Dealer Management System - is critical to dealerships running their parts business effectively and efficiently. Dealerships order parts, record parts sales, quote parts, track parts stock, add parts to service repair orders and other core parts functions in their DMS and only in their DMS. The DMS is also very important in terms of its interaction with dedicated parts applications - interfaces exist for RIM, EPCs, parts locators, parts e-commerce, and other applications.

information provided by the DMS company (except as otherwise noted).
